The challenge

YREP had established itself as a strong player in the real-estate sector, but the website they were using was proving increasingly difficult to manage. Their internal team faced frequent hurdles: publishing new content was slow and cumbersome; updates, both visual and structural, were more effort than they should be; and as search-engine expectations evolved, the site was not keeping pace.

In short: the CMS and front-end had become a bottleneck rather than a springboard. Meanwhile, YREP recognised that the site was not maximising its potential to attract organic traffic - they needed a digital platform that both empowered their team and strengthened their visibility.

Our approach

We stepped in as YREP’s digital partner with two primary focus-areas:

  1. CMS & usability overhaul
    • We evaluated the existing WordPress setup and found that the editorial workflows, template architecture and update mechanisms were hindering agility.
    • We restructured or replaced the theme, cleaned up the plugin ecosystem, optimised the backend for easier content publishing.
    • We implemented training and documentation so the YREP team could confidently manage content, updates and changes without always relying on developer intervention.
  2. SEO & content-growth strategy
    • We audited YREP’s existing traffic and search-engine performance: which pages were bringing in users, which weren’t, and where the drop-offs occurred.
    • We designed and executed an organic-traffic growth plan: keyword research aligned to their industry, on-page optimisation of key service pages, blog strategy to support topical authority.
    • We also addressed the link-profile, technical SEO (improving site speed, mobile responsiveness, URL structure, redirects) to ensure the site could compete for search visibility.

What we achieved

  • The YREP editorial team now enjoys a smooth, self-service workflow: creating, publishing and updating content no longer feels like a struggle.
  • From an SEO-perspective the site is now structured and optimised for growth: clearer content hierarchies, improved meta-data, streamlined performance.
  • As a result, YREP is seeing more organic visitors than before - the strategy is delivering real-world impact in terms of traffic and visibility.
  • The overall digital asset (website + SEO) has moved from being a maintenance burden to a growth driver.

Why it matters

  • A website that the team can control reduces bottlenecks, lowers ongoing costs and enables faster response to business changes.
  • Increased organic traffic means more qualified leads over time, less dependence on paid channels.
  • The combination of a robust CMS + thoughtful SEO lays a foundation for future growth: new services, new markets, stronger brand presence.

Summary
By re-engineering YREP’s WordPress platform and layering in a strategic SEO programme, we transformed their website into a scalable, high-performance business asset.
What was once hard to update and limited in reach now supports both team efficiency and organic growth.
